Outdoor restaurant patio with cultured marble tables on pedestal bases

Composite table bases

The right base under the right top. Pedestal bases in five styles, at dining and bar height, sized and matched to your cultured marble table tops so every table ships ready for the floor.

Tops and bases together

One order, one supplier, a finished table

Composite build

Composite bases hold up to mopping, spills and Florida humidity without the rust that cast iron fights.

Sized to the top

Every base is rated for a maximum top size, so your tables sit steady and don't tip.

Dining or bar height

Most styles come in both heights, so the dining room and the bar can match.

Easy to mount

Plywood is bonded to the underside of every Marble-Lite top, so the base screws straight on.

Specifications

Every base, every size

Weight and the largest top each base is rated for. Bar height bases carry a smaller top than the dining height version of the same style, because a taller table needs a wider footprint to stay steady.

Table base FAQs

How do I pick the right base for my table top?

Start with the top size. Find your top in the table above and choose any base rated for that size or larger. Then pick the style that suits the room, and dining or bar height. If you're unsure, send us the layout and we'll recommend a base for each table.

Can I order bases together with my table tops?

Yes, and it's the easiest way to do it. We quote the tops and bases together, so you get complete tables from one supplier on one schedule.

How does the base attach to the top?

Every Marble-Lite table top has plywood bonded to its underside. The base's top plate screws into that plywood, so mounting is quick and secure with ordinary hardware.

What's the difference between dining and bar height?

Dining height bases are for standard chairs. Bar height bases are taller, for bar stools and high-top seating. Because a taller table is less stable, bar height bases are rated for a smaller top than the same style at dining height.

Can I use my own bases instead?

Of course. Because of the plywood on the underside, our tops mount to almost any commercial table base. Just tell us the base you plan to use and we'll confirm the top size works with it.
